Z have reviewed this draft as it came from the analytical and statistical staff. The conclusions are strictly in accord with ray earlier advice to you concerning the meaning of the results, and there is no risk, insofar SB lead intoxication is concerned in your esploitation of this product. I have been under a very heavy burden of demands for my immediate time, and X still have one job which must be completed before X can give my final attention to your report. X regret this, for only a short time will now be required in completing the formal report. I realise the urgency of your need, and I shall attend to this as promptly as X can. Meanwhile, may X suggest that this word of mine, concerning the significance of the report, is a responsible opinion which is just as good for your present purposes as the signed, sealed and delivered report. Therefore, your people need not delay one day or hour in the production of this material and in applying it to the Intended use.
