Benlgnus - PBENI On 1-24-71 a Specter truck left WOK with a LTL shipment for Kulman Electric In Crystal Springs, Mississippi, when the truck arrived In Greenville five drums were punctured. About 2 Inches of material was on the floor of the truck. The par tial delivery was made to Kulman. The truck was oleaned In Oreenville with adsorbent. The adsorbent was dumped In a olty dump In Oreenville. Three men cleaning the truck were sick (nausea) from the Job but were reported o.k. now. The trailer was reloaded with carbon black and shipped to Passaic, N.J. Tracked the truck to Passaic, N.J. where the truok was again loaded with freight. The freight terminal foreman re ported there was nothing particularly abnormal about the truck - no odor or oily spots on the floor. Consulted with W. B. Papa george about the possibility of decontaminating the truck. Decided against It. Truck was destined for Columbus, Ohio.
