Aurelia,
I hope your New Year is off to a good start and that you had some time to enjoy the holidays. Today, FERC sent to the National Park Service the attached draft Programmatic Agreement for the Atlantic Coast Pipeline. This version is FERC's response to comments submitted by the Park Service and other consulting parties. FERC is asking for the Park Service's review and comments by next Tuesday, January 9. We hope NPS can make every effort to meet this schedule. Once there is a final PA, I will be in touch with you to be sure NPS is satisfied and signs the document. A final, signed PA is the final step to allow construction to begin.
Thank you,
Ann
