CONSIDERING THAT THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE WORKED WITH LEAD ANALYSIS AT HASKELL AND THAT WE MADE ONLY MODERATE GLASS WARE CLEAN UP EFFORTS, I AM VERY ENCOURAGED BY THE RESULTS. SINCE WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR MOVEMENT OF LEAD FROM THE ORGANIC FRACTIONS (TEL + SOL LEAD) TO THE INORGANIC FRACTION (INSOL. LEAD), WE WILL BE MEASURING LOSS FROM THE POOL THAT ALWAYS MAKES UP 60% OR MORE OF THE TOTAL LEAD AND WE SHOULD HAVE REASONABLY GOOD SENSITIVITY TO CHANGES. THEREFORE, I DON'T SEE LEAD ANALYSIS AS A SIGNIFICANT PROBLEM IN THE TEL PROJECT, EVEN THOUGH WE WILL BE WORKING WITH LEAD LEVELS 10-100X LOWER THAN ORIGINALLY DISCUSSED.
