DATE OF SURVEY September 9, 1978 SUMMARY AND CONCLUSION Good judgement and proper housekeeping techniques by insulators kept the exposure to asbestos fibers at a minimum. The j"' was wet down with a garden sprayer and dismantled with the minimum amount of cutting. Mr. R. Raines and Mr. E. Davis were wearing 3M disposable dust masks. The stripped material was bagged and labelled for land fill. The exposures were well below the TWA of 2 fibers/cc and a ceiling value of 10 fibers/cc.
