Quick check in to let you know that we are confirmed with Kell Kelly on Monday, Aug. 21 at 9:30am. I will be accompanying Jack Dangermond, and we've planned a four-part demonstration that addresses a number of the recommendations outlined in the Superfund Task Force, including a `matchmaker' application to link private investment to sites with the greatest potential for redevelopment. We are excited to share how we've integrated Superfund-specific data with third party data sources and leveraged our location-based tools to demonstrate the `art of the possible'.
If you are in the office that morning, I'd appreciate the opportunity to introduce you to Jack. Same offer if Henry Darwin is in the office as I haven't heard back from him yet.
Thanks much, and hope to see you on Monday.

Hi Ryan. I recognize that you are swamped, but I wanted to check in as I have not heard from Henry and was hoping I could connect him with Jack Dangermond the same morning (Aug. 21) that we're meeting with Albert Kelly on the Superfund sites. What are your thoughts on that?
Thanks!

Henry Darwin, our new operations chief will also contact you as well on reorganization work. I appreciate the opportunity to work on this. I think you can lend a lot of help.

Ryan, thank you for introducing me to Albert Kelly. We have scheduled time for the brownfields project demo on Monday, August 21 (I'm awaiting confirmation for 9:30am). It worked out that Jack Dangermond, Esri president and CEO, will also be in town that day for an

NGA briefing on Tuesday, so he will be accompanying me to the meeting. Jack looks forward to meeting you and discussing your priorities (and sharing the art of the possible relative to brownfields and Superfund site prioritization).
Please let me know if there are other topics you would like me to add to the agenda since Jack will be there. Thanks!

Ryan, Esri's International Users Conference has ended and I'm almost dug out from 10 days away from the office, so I wanted to reconnect and look at some next steps. In June we had discussed how Esri technology might be valuable for securing some early wins in prioritizing Brownfields projects for redevelopment. As such, we've been working with some EPA data to stand up a demonstration that shows the art of the possible for capitalizing on location as it relates to project funding and return. I wanted to follow up with you to identify a day/time that works for you to share what we've been working on.
You also mentioned making an introduction to Mr. Darwin (and others) once he got settled in his new role as he may be spearheading some of this activity moving forward. When would be a good time to continue the conversation we started last month?

Ryan, on behalf of Jeff, Lauren and myself, thank you for your time and interest yesterday. Location is inherent in the good work EPA does to protect human health and the environment, and we appreciated you allowing us to share our passion for the science of `where', and to introduce you to how our technology can address some of the Administration's priorities.
We look forward to working with you and your team and contributing to the Superfund and Brownfields strategy. I'm excited to demonstrate how location can be that common denominator helping to identify the low hanging fruit projects that will result in the right/best outcome for the communities EPA serves as well as give you the early wins you're looking for. I'm equally excited to connect with your new Chief of Operations to share some of the great examples we've implemented specific to performance dashboards and developing a graphical representation of key measures and metrics. Further, as you begin to explore innovative approaches for aligning multi-agency resources geographically, we can bring significant experience to bear that should prove helpful and insightful.

Thank you again for your time. We stand ready to support you.
p.s. I mentioned our International Users Conference in San Diego July 9-14. I recognize that this is right around the comer, but I wasn't kidding when I said we would love to host you at our Senior Executive Session on Sunday, July 9, and Plenary session on July 10. EPA's Acting Deputy CIO and Geographic Information Office, Harvey Simon, will be in attendance, as will other key EPA employees. Additional information about the conference can be found here.
