This is self-explanatory more or less Downey but would you try to ensure that this message of goodwill and congratulations gets into the Secretary's incoming via Executive Secretariate or what have you please? I hope this is not an imposition nor inappropriate. My colleague Summer Mersinger was Senator John Thune's CofS before we lured her away to join our firm two years ago. The Lewis & Clark work that she helps with here at the federal level is very compelling.
I hope you are doing well; I know you are busy!
My best regards to you too Honorable Jim Cason!
Sincerely,
Tim

Tim
Attached is a letter recently mailed to Secretary Zinke from the Board of Directors for the Lewis & Clark Regional Water System. Lewis & Clark is a client, but I am also personally interested in seeing this project completed as I was working for Thune in the House of Representatives the day the project was authorized and the executive director is an old friend who also worked for Thune in the House. The project's federal cost share comes from the Bureau of Reclamation's rural water project fund. The project crosses three states and will serve 20 different communities and rural water systems when completed.
Wonder if it is possible to get this letter into the hands of someone in the Secretary's office? Just want to share a little about my favorite water project with the new Administration!.
Thanks!
