Englehorn resigning from the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. We will miss John's presence at the LIA and we are very sorry to have to accept his resignation. In his letter of resignation he has asked that Mr. D. Broward Craig, Executive Vice President, St. Joe Minerals Corporation be nominated in his place. Please be advised that we would be very happy to have Mr. Craig represent St. Joe on the LIA Board. Also, as Chairman of the Board I am pleased to appoint him as a member of the Executive Committee. Both appointments are to become effective July 1, 1971. The appointment of the Executive Committee requires ratification by the Board at its next meeting which la scheduled for July 8. This Executive Committee meeting is of importance to the Association and I thin* it is essential that Mr. Craig be appointed prior to that meeting to that he may attend as a representative of St. Joe.
