I ag ree that we m ust have a m ore detailed understanding of capacitor technology. L ouis if p o ssib le 4) One that w ill fo ster our busin ess objectives. It would be ideal if we could w ork with G. E . on this b a sis. H ow ever, they a re dedicated to a "do it y o u rself" policy. They a re succeeding w ell enough at it that they probably would not be recep tiv e. I reco m m en d th at we explore the p o ssib ility of th is ap proach to our p ro b lem . We should also have a policy on how we w ill use any technical advances m ad e through th is p ro g ra m . In the p a s t, we have only co n sid ered giving such r e s u lts to our A ro c lo r c u sto m e rs as a fre e p re s e n t to k eep them happy. We should consider w hether or not th ere is any m ore profitably way to use the re su lts of our re s e a rc h . P erh ap s we should have a joint m anufacturing a g reem en t w ith the org an izatio n we w ork w ith on testing our re se a rc h developm ents. We expect M r.
