He in turn has called me up and suggested what I believe to be a very wise plan. We should have some set-up with you which would cover trips here to Wilmington and the Chambers Works for the future. You should tell us what your consultation fee is going to be and you decide whether to make this fee large j enough to cover expenses or whether the consultation fee ' shall be a certain fee plus traveling expenses. When we get this set up, then it will follow along a definite line each time and this I think will be very much to the satis faction of everyone concerned. Please understand there is no hesitancy about our pay ing this expense account but it simply brought to our mind the fact that we had no arrangements to take care of future trips.
