Kehoe, University of Cincinnati* College of Medicine, Cincinnati, Ohio My dear Kehoei Dr* Sayers was in my office a few minutes ago and told me of a conversation which he had recently with Dr* Alice Hamilton and Dr* Germann, In the course of the conversation. Dr Hamilton stated that there were two men in the Massachusetts General Hospital suffering from chronic lead poisoning from Ethyl Gasoline* She stated that these men were Canadian and that they had been washing their clothes with Ethyl Gasoline and had acquired chronic lead poisoningo Dr* Sayers expressed surprise that they should have washed their clothes with a dyed gasoline, 'whereupon Dr* Hamilton said she did not think it was dyed and did not apparently know that leaded gasoline was colored in any way. At the conclusion of the con versation, Dr. Hamilton said that she would go back and check up on the history of the two cases.
