An advocacy group is calling for state environmental rules that were halted after Harvey to be reinstated. Not asking for DOE's comment on that. But, the group says it's "not aware of any companies that are experiencing continued operational difficulties as a result of Hurricane Harvey..." Does that sound accurate? Is DOE aware of any Gulf Coast refineries/other industrial facilities that are still facing Harveyrelated operational challenges?
