Thank you for your time and for discussing the Cellulosic Biofuel projections with me, Mr. Heebe and Mr. Connick from River Birch, and Mr. Scalise's Chief of Staff, Mr. Henry, yesterday.
Are you in a position to receive and keep Confidential Business Information (CBI) submitted to EPA?
As discussed, I have previously submitted RNG project data as CBI to Dallas Burkholder. You mentioned that I should direct future submissions to you as well. If you can receive CBI I can expand the details of the "under construction" list I gave you yesterday. If you are unable to receive CBI, I will gladly pursue waivers from my member companies and provide you project details and sworn affidavits from as many projects as possible in short order. Please advise.
We will, of course, participate in the comment period. However, your early and continued engagement is very much appreciated.
