At that time, you considered hypertensive encephalopathy and lead encephalopathy in your differential diagnosis. Since s^our report, our investigator has contented the attending physician in this case prior to decedent's hospitalization at C-eneral Hospital, and we note that he had been treating this deceased for hypertension prior to the onset of his last illness.
