Review of this file indicates that you were consulted in this case, and your report is part of the file. At that time, you considered hypertensive encephalopathy and lead encephalopathy in your differential diagnosis.
Since s^our report, our investigator has contented the attending physician in this case prior to decedent's hospitalization at C-eneral Hospital, and we note that he had been treating this deceased for hypertension prior to the onset of his last illness. The attend ing physician reported his blood pressure as 230/110.
