In past years and under normal conditions, we have requested you to place your additional asbestos fiber requirements as early as possible in June to carry you through the week of the shutdown. However, conditions are far from normal and . our production schedule is completely booked for June, and July production will be on an allocation basis. You will wonder, perhaps, why the vacation week shutdown should take place under the circumstances which exist.
