MONSANTO - FEDERAL EXPRESS TO NINTH CIRCUIT OF SEPTEMBER 7, 1990 SEPTEMBER 10, 1990 On September 10, 1990, I attempted to confirm`that the Ninth Circuit Court Clerk received the Federal Express sent by Nik Skrinjaric on September 7, 1990. I called at 10:30 a.m. and was informed that they did not receive their Federal Express packages until after 2:00 p.m. At 2:30 p.m., I called again and was informed that while their mailroom might have received the Federal Express package, the Clerk often did not receive them until the following day. At 3:30, I called again to see if the mailroom had delivered the Federal Express packages, and I was informed by Sylvia that they had not received anything as of that time. I obtained the Federal Express airbill number from Sandy (8169188031) and contacted Federal Express. I was advised that the package had, in fact, been delivered to the Ninth Circuit mailroom at 10:20 a.m. on Monday, 09/10/90. It was signed for by J. Yu.
