RKSULTS
Based on visual observations, all solutions were clear at test start, except for 5000 mg/L which was slightly yellow in color. At 24 hours after exposure, the 50 mg/L test solutions were slightly cloudy, and the 500 mg/L test solutions were cloudy. Immobilities were 0, 0, 0, 0, 100, and 100%, respectively. The 48-hour EC50, based on nominal concentrations and immobility, was between 50 and 500 mg/L. All watr quality parameters were within acceptable limits.
CONCLUSIONS
H-21095 exhibited slight toxicity in a 48-hour, unaerated, static acute test
using Daphnia macma.
