Since the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) study conducted at the Chemical Systems Laboratory (formerly Edgewood Arsenal at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland) will be an im portant item on the agenda, you are urged to give careful con sideration to Dr. Torkelson's letter of July 9, 1979 on the CPSC study. Dr. Torkelson sent each member of the Research Coordinators a copy of his July 9th letter.
