Also attached is the invitee list. Still waiting to know who to invite from Gov. office. Please see my thoughts on run of show and advise. Your immediate advisement is needed so we can push invitations out in the morning. 11:00 a.m. Arrive Gully Branch Earl and Wanda tour farm with Sec. Perdue and Adm. Pruitt Hosts will be stationed at pavilion to greet small group guests as they arrive. 11:30 a.m. Small Group discussion/round table, (see list with small group noted "SG") . Upon closure will allow a few minutes for leaders to disassemble and team will break down tables to allow room for large group to assemble. Will work with group to ensure we do not overlap with discussion and allow time for plenty of time for Sec. Perdue and Adm. Pruitt to interact Large Group will be checking in at bam and ready to move to pavilion when small group ends. We plan to bring FFA leaders/students and 4-H leaders/students in to meet Sec.
