Forestry Summit invitation 1215FINAL.pdf
Sec.Aq.EPA Event Master List.6.28.17.xlsx
Team,
See invitation attached for both the small group and large group to follow on July 7th. Also attached is the invitee list. Still waiting to know who to invite from Gov. office.
Please see my thoughts on run of show and advise. Your immediate advisement is needed so we can push invitations out in the morning.
11:00 a.m.
Arrive Gully Branch Earl and Wanda tour farm with Sec. Perdue and Adm. Pruitt
Hosts will be stationed at pavilion to greet small group guests as they arrive.
11:30 a.m.
Small Group discussion/round table, (see list with small group noted "SG") .
Upon closure will allow a few minutes for leaders to disassemble and team will break down
tables to allow room for large group to assemble.
Will work with group to ensure we do not overlap with discussion and allow time for plenty of time for Sec. Perdue and Adm. Pruitt to interact
Large Group will be checking in at bam and ready to move to pavilion when small group ends. We plan to bring FFA leaders/students and 4-H leaders/students in to meet Sec. Perdue and Adm. Pruitt first and others will follow. Anticipate 20-30 minutes to get everyone in the pavilion and Sec. Perdue/Adm. Pruitt time to speak to guests in small groups or individually. All those invited are supportive leaders and we expect a good turnout (between 75-100)

One final modification on run of schedule-I promise.
We can start 11 with a hard stop at 1:45. Does this work for the group? Sent from my iPhone On Jun 27, 2017, at 9:33 AM, Sullivan, Lauren - OSEC, Washington, DC <Laureii.Sullivan.@osec.usda.gov> wrote:

Ambassador Pruitt's folks- are you all having an advance team go down? Wanted to see and if so, perhaps we could coordinate a walk through on Thursday if the Barrs are okay with that.
Thank you.

Troy,
We appreciate this draft ran of show. Certainly we're hoping for a little more time for our guests. Have key prospective forestry invitees from as far as CA, FL, and D.C. Working on invitees list at this moment. Will ask each guest to provide complete contact info with one paragraph of organization /bio info.
Will provide more info along with logistic details including coordinates/address upon preparing.
Best regards,

You all are so kind. Thank you for your hospitality and for hosting this event.
Do you know the organizations the secretary and administrator will deliver remarks to?

Thanks Millan. Arrangements for the Administrator's trip are coming along nicely. We also look forward to welcoming the advance team on July 6th and showing Forrest around our forest.

Thank you Troy.
Good morning Lauren. Yes, we will be seeding Forrest McMurray on our team to lead the advance for this trip. He will arrive in Atlanta the morning of July 6th with an agent from the Administrator s security team and will then travel down to Macon and Cochran.
If possible, we would very much appreciate the opportunity to visit Gully Branch Tree Farm on Thursday to prepare for the Administrator's visit.
Forrest --please work with with Lauren, et al to coordinate the advance for this visit.

One final modification on run of schedule-I promise.

Ambassador Pruitt's folks- are you all having an advance team go down? Wanted to see and if so, perhaps we could coordinate a walk through on Thursday if the Barrs are okay with that.

We appreciate this draft run of show.
