The objective of this amendment was to demonstrate a modified chlorination procedure in an attempt to improve Aroclor 1260 after corrosion chloride stability. This was to involve a designed experiment where the gatalyst level, starting chlorination temperature and finishing chlorination temperature were to be run at two levels. "The designed experiment has not been carried out. In the two production runs..made on Aroclor 1260 since the Amendment was approved,the 1260 produced has met electrical grade (including after corrosion chlorides) specifications using normal conditions.
