Enclosed to this mail you can find a draft agenda for the Open BCR meeting of 06/09. Please note that the red highlighted interventions are still to be confirmed, so please confirm to us as soon as possible that you will be presenting if you have not done so already. Also send us the contact details (email address) of the 2 people that will be present so we can ensure your access to the building.
Furthermore some practicalities for the meeting:
Please note that the proposed timing in the draft agenda is not final yet as we are still awaiting confirmation from some of you whether you will be presenting.
On the presentations:

o Each presenter will get 10 minutes to present, please respect this timing and limit your slideshow to maximum 10 slides.
o Please send us your slides at the latest by Monday 04/09 COB so we can compile them before the meeting.
o Please keep in mind that your interventions will be public and other stakeholders will be able to see them.
As the BCR is a Belgium national coordination structure (you can consult our website for more info: Reach REACH Committee (reachinbelgium.be)), please ensure that your intervention and the discussions will be relevant for Belgium.
The focus of this Open BCR is the universal PFAS restriction, we will not be covering other topics during this meeting.

We would like to provide some more information on the second Ad-Hoc Open BCR on PFAS.
The meeting will be held Wednesday 6 September from 09:30 - 13:00 at our offices in Brussels (Galileelaan 5/2 - 1210 Brussels). The meeting will be held in room 01.E.1(Mahi Tahi).
As we have limited available time and room capacity we would like to ask you to not distribute this invitation any further.
Please confirm if you will be attending the meeting (including contact details of the persons that will be present) at the latest by 18/08 COB.
The draft agenda with specific timeslots for presenting will be shared with you after the above mentioned deadline.
If you are presenting we would like to ask you to send in your presentation at the latest by 01/09 COB.

Dear BCR stakeholder,
We have received your request for having a discussion on the uPFAS restriction within the BCR framework.
For this reason we are organizing a second Ad-Hoc Open BCR discussion on PFAS to give you the opportunity to have some discussion on this subject.
Because of the holiday period we are unfortunately not very flexible for setting a date, the best available date (considering the end of the Public Consultation of the restriction end of September) to organize this meeting would be 06 September 09:30-13:00.
Could you please confirm that you will be attending this meeting? Please do so by sending a mail to @health.fgov.be with the contact details of who will be attending this meeting.
