April 19, 1966 Kettering Laboratory of Applied Physiology University of Cincinnati Cincinnati, Ohio, Dear Sirs: I have just about exhausted my sources of information concerning the absorption of leaded gasoline through the normal and abnormal skin surfaces and the Librarian at the University of Florida School of Medicine at Gainesville suggested that I contact your laboratory directly. The basic information that I desire is concerning the absorption of leaded gasoline through normal and denuded skin such as that which you find with an eczematized dermatitis. If you have any information concerning this particular aspect of your prolonged and widespread study of gasoline products I would certainly appreciate your sharing with me this particular information I desire. Some of the inquiries which I have already sent may produce some information but since there is the element of time involved I am writing to all sources which have been brought to my attention. Please be assured that your cooperation will be most sincerely appreciated and I will be awaiting your reply. PFTrjt Paul F. Tumlin, M, D
