A We advised them that a Ifcel would be necessary and when it was published in the Federal Register we took the exact wording from the Federal Register and forwarded it to EGNBF and advised them that all future shipments would have to carry this label, Q Now, did you do that by letter or by cable or how did you do It? A I believe it was by cable. Q Would you furnish us with copies Of that?
