First structural steel received from Baton Rouge Fabricators. Facility 35.0 Started excavation for cooler foundations. Facility 40.0 New switchgear tested and inspected by Westinghouse. Switchgear energized and lab., main office and maintenance buildings changed over to new gear. Facility 65.0 Transite water line from deep well pump 90% complete. Tie in made to existing water line. Underground conduit installed from deep well pump to maintenance building. In order to help plant, which has low water pressure problems, new pump will be put into operation as soon as possible.
