The files contained serial x-ray pictures and the employee work history which gave the length of exposure, type of erasure, etc* To date these files have not been returned. Realizing how busy you are how full the Saranac Laboratory Frograa must be, I have "been reluctant to bring this matter to your attention. The files sub mitted to you were token frm our active records and their continued absence is beginning to cause our 15odic.il Department considerable in convenience. Will you please advise how soon I may expect the return of these x-ray records? If available, I would also appreciate a report on the result of 7cur studies of our x-ray films. Very truly yours.
