McMakin - 2009 April 3, 1987 EM&TS - HS&EAOr-Kjtr-iiEiny Ocpt Industrial Hygiene Asbestos Exposure Monitoring Attached are the results of the asbestos exposure monitoring performed on construction employees by the site IH personnel at the Sistersville Plant. Employees were monitored over a three day period while repairing and covering asbestos insulation on the stills in the rectification area of the Sistersville Plant. Employees were equipped with coveralls, boots, gloves, and head cover. In addition employees wore supplied air respirator on the first day and HEPA cartridge equipped respirator for rest of the period during the repair work. The monitoring results indicate that the exposure levels were well below the 0.1 fiber/cc Action Level standard established by 0SHA. Please inform the monitored employees of their exposure monitoring results as soon as possible. Also, have all monitored employees to sign and date this report and return to M. A.
