Harbourt Subject VC1 Monitoring Address BRP Date April 5, 1983 The attached table shows the results of personnel monitoring for VCM in February and March. A total of four samples were taken, two in PVC and two in VC1. All samples were below the action level of 0.5 ppm with the exception of the PVC cleaner (19 ppm) which exceeded the permissible exposure limit of 1 ppm. The cleaner entered five autoclaves spending about forty-five minutes in each. H-Nu readings collected by the charging operator showed levels well below the 1000 ppm ceiling for entry and averaged approxi mately 200 ppm for each autoclave.
