A record of one-hour emissions in excess of the 10 ppm standard in the stack gases exiting each incinerator system is attached as Exhibit I. During this quarter approximately 576 pounds of VCM were released due to failure to incinerate vent gases. One such instance, as indicated below, exceeded forty minutes in duration.
