Rice, Jr. Rice, Hannis, Rice &Wagner The Old National Bank Building Martinsburg, West Virginia 25UOI RE: Compensation Claim Dear Mr. Rice: We have made a careful review of our spraying record during the calendar year 1965 and found that this employee was exposed to power spray drift from the following quantities of Lead Arsenate and water premixed by other employees and taken to him for power application: May 8, 1965 - Ten tank loads of premixed spray material, each consisting of 15 lbs. of Lead Arsenate and 500 gallons of water. He was also exposed to these same quantities on May 9 May 10, May 22, May 23, and May 2k, 19 6 5 Therefore, his total exposure during 1965 was from May 8 through May 10, 1965 and from May 22 through May 2k t 1965 and consisted of 900 lbs. of Lead Arsenate premixed with 30,000 gallons of water. Regarding your request for Cyprex and Oil labels, we have made a second request to our suppliers, but to-date, they have not been sent to us. As soon as these are sent, we will forward them to you.
