As you know, the hearing began on June 22 and continued through June 28. They will resume again on July 8 and will more than likely continue throughout that week. Though we are receiving daily transcripts of the hearings, the testimony is quite voluminous (over 11,000 pages to date) and therefore I have been attempting to copy only those portions which you may find of interest. I am enclosing the following portions of the transcript: 1. The direct testimony of Dr. Kotin on behalf of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc.? 2. The cross-examination of Dr. Kotin; and 3. The direct testimony and the cross-examination of three physicians from Dow Chemical Company regarding Dow*s employees exposed to Vinyl Chloride. There are other portions of the testimony which I believe you will find informative, and these will follow at a later date.
