Vinyl chloride is a volatile substance which dissipates rapidly. It is our feeling that it is dispersed into the atmosphere in trace amounts only detectable by highly sophisticated instruments. It is our opinion that there is neither an immediate nor a long- xange danger from exposure to traces of vinyl chloride found in the atmosphere.
