Environmental Protection Agency Region 4 Air Enforcement Branch 61 Forsyth Street, SW Atlanta, Georgia 30303 INSPECTION REPORT Facility Inspected 900 Westpark Drive, Suite 100 Peachtree City, Georgia 30269 Inspection Date: August 31, 2023 Facility Programmatic ID 3601564271 LAT: 33.402256 LON: -84.590473 Inspection Type Clean Air Act (CAA) National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) - Asbestos Inspector Tony Spann Introduction An inspection pursuant to Section 114 of the CAA was conducted on August 31, 2023, at 900 Westpark Drive, Suite 100 in Peachtree City, Georgia 30269 (the facility). The purpose of this inspection was to determine compliance with the CAA NESHAP Asbestos Standard and the regulations promulgated at 40 C.F.R. Part 61, Subpart M, for the demolition activity conducted at the facility. The unannounced inspection was conducted by Tony Spann and Pamela Storm who possess EPA inspector credentials to conduct CAA NESHAP asbestos inspections. The inspectors obtained information prior to the inspection regarding demolition permit # PDM23-001 which was issued on January 3, 2023, by the City of Peachtree City for the demolition activity conducted at the facility. According to the demolition permit, the job description was listed as an interior demolition of the facility. The owner of the facility listed on the demolition permit was Central Properties I, L.P. The contractor listed on the demolition permit was ASI Construction, Inc. The EPA Region 4 CAA NESHAP asbestos program targets facilities for inspection located in the State of Georgia based on tips/complaints; permits issued on a local level; and demolition and/or renovation/abatement notices sent to the State. This inspection was conducted based on the previously mentioned permit. Facility Information The facility is a commercial building. Inspection Inspectors observed the closed facility from the outside through glass doors. No evidence of ongoing interior demolition activities was observed by the inspectors.
