Several plant managers have expressed concern over the large sums of money required to monitor each plant using outside consulting services for testing ~nd evaluating employee dust exposure levels. As outlined in the attached letter, we can establish our own monitoring program through temper which should produce a substantial cost savings and yet keep "S in compliance with the law. If this is of interest and we can establish precisely what our needs are at each location, I will get together with Hr. Odom and get established our individual plant needs and costs so we can better evaluate what savings and services could be available through this program.
