A copy of the inspection report is enclosed with this letter. Specific comments, informed by the inspection, are as follows: The site's Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) as submitted to EPA via email, did not contain multiple elements specifically required by the CGP, including: 7.2.2 Stormwater Team.
