Clean Energy is the largest provider in North America of natural gas used as a transportation fuel. As you know, natural gas is now used as a transportation fuel in motor vehicles, railroad locomotives, and in marine vessels. Andrew and T. Boone Pickens founded Clean Energy nearly two decades ago. Andrew has been a leader is the natural gas vehicle industry, having served as the former Chairman of Natural Gas Vehicle America (NGVA), the industry trade association. Recognizing how busy the Administrator's schedule is, Andrew would be willing to come to Washington for a meeting with him at the Administrator's convenience.
