We received the celiac sample of grinding vehicle end gallon of thindown vehlole, as requested In ay letter or September 2Uthj and have now made teats in these vehicles, using several type* of lithopcns. 'Jafortwietoly, how ever, from a consistency standpoint at least, the grinding vehicle had gelled somewhat before wa used It and this will give higher consistency then we ''.curally wo .Id expect to gat from this vehicle, based on previous tests. For your informat'.on, the vteoos ty of the original grinding vefclele a* determined *>y the t-joe, in comparison to the gallon sample was as follows:
Crirdine Vehials 1st sample, 1 qt. 2nd sample,(gelled)

In spite of the faot that the vehicle was gelled, we went ahead end made the paints, using the formula given In ay letter of September 2Uthj and, as per your suggestion of October 12th, we tinted half of the batoh to aoout the shade you suggested, using Solfast Sky Blue PL 316.
