Attendance Anyone attending the event was required to register and bad to receive an invitation from our office.
Media/Press The McCormick office has received over 100 media RSVP's, with a decent amount being Pennsylvania media. The White House sent around a media guidance today, so we anticipate more is to come. The panels and roundtables will all be open to the media (print, radio, TV, state, local, national, etc.). The Swnmit will be livesheamed on the Senator's website and reposted to bis social media channels as well. The page on the website that will house the livestream video should be up by the end of the week.

Panel Details We are currently on track for our panel to start at 12:30 PM, however we ask that you please be flex.ible whi le we work to lock in that time. We ask that all panelists and moderators report to the greenroom 15 minutes before the stmt of the panel. The greenroom will be private, no press. The audi torium bolds around 425 people and will be open to members of the press.

Note: There will not be any pull aside rooms, it sounds like we're pretty limited on space. However, there will be a VIP area folks can utilize to refresh and take calls if needed.

Lunch All panel and roundtable participants are invited to the VIP lunch. It will be a sit-down, tablecloth lunch.
Reception/Round table The Senator will be moderating the roundtable and those making investment announcements will be speaking. There will be around 50 people participating in the roundtable. This will be open to the press and a larger audience of around 800 people. Again, the entire audience bad to receive an invitation from and register with our office. A run ofshow for the roundtable is still in the works with the WH but will hopefully be included in the logistics email mentioned below.
Security/Advance Logistics You should receive an email before Monday from our team that walks through the location, security, entry points, parking, etc. There will be a map provided to show locations for the events and reporting spaces (i.e., greenroom). This is all being finalized in coordination with Secret Service. If you do not receive anything, please let me know.
