I agree with you that reloading, or the giving of milk, is no excuse for having bad hygienic conditions in a lead plant. That, of course, goes with out saying. I rather think that Belknap would agree with that, too. As I remember, when I talked to him his point of view was having the best possible hygienic condilions in the plant and then, from then on, studying the effects of various diets. as for the memorandum which you sent to me, that seems like a good one though, as it happens, I -enow of no new work in toxicology ana therapy that would warrant a report. However, I will keep my eyea open. I do think- that your suggestion night well warrant a state ment and if you are going to get up a report on 'other subjects I think it ought to be included, and I would be glad to write it.
