A. General Discussion
1. The next VC1 Task Force Meeting is scheduled for Friday, December 5th at 12:30 p.m. NO FURTHER NOTICE WILL BE GIVEN.
B. Monitoring Status
1. Over the four week period from October 3 to October 3 there were 628 excursions > 3 ppm and 107 z' 15 ppm. Exhibit A shows the major causes of these excursions. Exhibit B shows the types of excursions graphically by histogram.
2. Bendix Building Monitor
The calculated building average for the 4 week period was 1.1 ppm.
3. Personnel Monitoring
There were 15 personnel .monitoring samples that were persons exposed to VC1 in excess of 1 ppm.

Spray dryer operator. In-several red lights. Tracking down excursions. In five red lights. Changed sope bag filters twice and cartridge filter once. In some yellow lights, worked on poly 18 s.u. Drop and clean sope polys. Cleaned a paste filter.
Spray dryer operator. Worked in the poly bldg, most of the day on D side. Opened D side polys, and routine Jobs. In double light from Poly 32 recovery valve open, dropped 2 polys and hrc*d 2 polys.
