You recently requested that the Defendants in this matter waive their right to object to your submission of more than 40 Interrogatories as limited by Local Rule 190-l(c). The Defendants will not agree to a blanket waiver. Defendants may be willing to agree to modification of the limitation, but we need to know the number, nature and scope of the additional interrogatories. The Defendants are not, however, categorically opposed to your request due to the nature of this case.
If a modification is stipulated, we would expect reciprocal rights.
