Roger has been very active in urging signatories to the Paris Treaty to withdraw. Roger recently spearheaded a letter to President Trump from 20 members of the EU Parliament (attached) encouraging the President to send a message to the world by withdrawing the US from the agreement. I realize this issue isn't entirely in the purview of EPA but I thought you should see the letter and I'm sure Roger can answer any questions about it that you or the Administrator might have.
