The consortium approved the "no cost extension" to year-end 2008. Additional activities to be completed for this to be finalized include: * Acceptance of the justification per API procedures - Continue to work with Russ White. * Provide to API a revised payment schedule to the U of Colorado in order to the complete the study under current funding.
