Attached is a summary of air sampling results obtained between February 3, to April. 20, 1977 around the demolition area at 10 Plant and throughout the lower refinery from Second Street, Blueball Avenue, Post Road and lower Green Street for asbestos fiber count.
On February 3, 1977, the OSHA inspector came in and collected samples at 10 Plant in a close-face filter and I proceeded to take samples in the same manner. On February 17, 1977, the OSHA inspector came back and collected samples in an open-face filter which I also proceeded to do.
