Your lottor of July 8, 1968 to George Adorns with respect to revealing certain Information to prospect* ha* been pasted to me. In advance of Footer Wheeler, and Coastal State* entering into an agreement concerning Foster Wheeler's acting as on agent for Coastal States with respect to licensing plants for the cracking of isobutane, Foster Wheeler Corporation is authorized to`release to such prospects the "Category B" Information referred to in the attachment fa my letter of June 27, 1968 to Mr. C. J. McManus, Jr. of Foster Wheeler on the conditions;
1. Foster Wheeler and the prospects execute the secrecy agreement In the form attached to your letter of July 8, 1968 with the following changes: (a) In the second line of paragraph 2 of that form of secrecy agreement the word* "nor use them" be inserted Immediately after the word "others"; (b) in the third line of that same paragraph 2, the words "In writing" be inserted Immediately after the word "authorized"; and
2. Foster Wheeler will hold the "Catagory B" Information confidential and not use or disclose It except as authorized above or later in writing by Coastal States.
