Plus a few other questions. Has the comment period on the effort to "fix" the 2015 WOTUS rule been extended from the Aug. 28 deadline to Sept. 27? Who asked for extension and why? How many public comments have been received so far? Any comment on the concern some have expressed that Administrator Pruitt's comments urging ranchers and farmers to submit comments indicate a bias and that his mind on the issue has been made up? Has he encouraged other groups to submit comments? His comments in the video released by the beef group indicate he has decided the 2015 rule is unworkable and must be rescinded.
