Since many of the names are out of date, would you carefully check to be sure your company is properly represented and listed. If not,immediately make the correction by letter to Joe. T. Seawell at MCA so that your company correspondence is not delayed. It has been suggested that the few remaining funds from completed MCA projects be pooled for general use by the panel. Currently, they are assigned to one of several projects. Not only will the amount to be refunded to each individual company be very small, but it will be next to impossible to figure out precisely what funds belong to which projects. Taken as a pool the funds will be very useful to the Technical Panel, and I strongly urge that you,brief your management representative so that when the MCA officially contacts him, he will understand the purpose for not returning thei'few;thaus.and dollars, left from previous studies.
