At this stage asbestos is still excluded and not subject to a sales commission. Previously we had been advised by A. Balmaseda, Law Department, UCC, Mexico City that all exclusions present in the existing contract were to be corrected in the new revised contract and that asbestos would be subject to future sales commissions.
