Specifically, the claimant was primarily a chemical mixer, which probably involved frequent exposures to excessive concentrations of asbestos dust. The OSHA data contained within the file indicates that both ceiling and long term samples collected were in excess of federal limits. Dr. Selikoff's diagnosis indicates that the claimant's radiographs "are consistent with pulmonary asbestosis."
