This is the proposal Moffat and Garfield County made prior to the Government Shutdown, and has never since been addressed. If there is a couple minutes toward the end of our phone call , we would like to address the need for Interior to have BLM inventory roads within Lands with Wilderness Character ( LWC's). BLM has not acknowledged the existence of D0l_00011511_00005638 roads within LWC's and a 12 year statute of limitations is fast approaching, with no intent to address the problem.
