Grissom (for J. G. Trafton), and R. L. Maute (for W. H. Lane). I tern l. Safety Program Revision Mr. Daues presented a revised P-0100 covering a revision to the plant safety organization and program. Discussion resulted in additional changes to be resolved by SAC. The program revision is to be implemented as soon as possible. I tern 2. Construction Traffic at Bay Street Mr. McCullough has contacted the City, and we will work with the City to control the traffic. The problem is the responsibility of the City. Item 3. Warning Signals on Forklifts Mr. Danner reported that stores has equipped their forklifts with directional lights and warning light, that the four warehouse forklifts will not be so equipped because they operate wholly within the buildings, and that trackmobiles will have directional lights. I tern k. Piping Code - Phenol Mr. Danner reported that the phenol line would be painted yellow at the open terminal end, and stenciled at valves and points along.the 1 ine. I tern 5 Contractor's Safety Manual Mr. Gilmore reported that the Manual is at the printers and would expect it to be ready for distribution by May 1. Item 6. M.P.SP. Trip Report Mr. Brubaker stated that the results of this trip had been discussed in other meetings and should be deleted from the agenda.
